I have a special passion for women’s mental health and life transitions. I also work closely with families during first-episode psychosis—guiding them through early symptoms with education, compassion, and evidence-based care.
Why this work? Early in my career, I saw how fragmented care left people feeling unseen. That changed me. I learned that when we connect medical care with simple daily habits—sleep, nutrition, movement, support—people heal faster and feel stronger. That’s the path I walk with you: clear steps, steady guidance, real progress.
